STEM week

1st November 2016
As part of our work to raise the profile of science in school, STEM week is in full swing at Sacred Heart Primary!

Our stimulus for this week has been Rube Goldberg and his weird and wonderful creations.  Some of us are working on building our own Rube Goldberg machines and some of us are working on engineering projects linked to our topic work.

We have welcomed visitors from Proctor & Gamble and Siemens so far this week, and tomorrow we look forward to working with local engineering business Royal Haskoning DHV on our bridge building.

Check out the class blogs to see what each class has been learning.
